Welcome to the Jeff Farnsworth State Farm Office! We have been proudly serving Evansville, WI and the surrounding community since 1985!

I grew up here in Evansville, as the son of a retired printer. I picked up a strong work ethic and saw how important it is to serve the community. Today as your local State Farm Agent, I oversee an experienced team to bring you the right insurance coverage at every stage of your life. No matter how complex your needs are, my team and I keep one simple goal in mind: to help you get the coverage you need, with the personal service you’d expect from any State Farm agency. At my agency, we go beyond products to relationships. Whether it’s meeting you and your loved ones on the scene after an auto accident or simply being available in the grocery store to say hi, I’m here for you day and night. It’s the right thing to do, as your agent—and as your good neighbor.

Some fun facts about me, I graduated from UW Madison with degrees in History & Psychology. When I am not in the office helping people find the right Insurance coverage, I am active in the community with and restoring historical buildings. I have a eleven-year-old Maltipoo named Scooby who is always available to great you when you stop by the office. Also, I am a past officer serving as president and have been a Chamber of Commerce several times throughout the years. I also help fund and support the local fire department as well as the ECP. My wife and I have decided that my career has served me well and now is the time to start giving back. I always say that my goal is to leave it better than it was before I got here. I am also active in St John's Lutheran Church as a member of the Praise Team and I am also involved in the Befriender's reaching out to shut ins and people experiencing various things in their life.
