"For most people, it is an unfortunate turn of events when you need to work closely with your insurance agent. At then end of February this year, that became our reality. We were involved in an MVA that totaled my truck. The Jeff Farnsworth Agency is our insurance provider of record. After our accident, Jeff and his staff provided reassurance that everything would work out. That was pretty difficult to imagine; I was angry that the accident had even occurred as it was caused by another driver. Jeff took the time to answer any and all of my questions. The State Farm claims adjuster worked quickly and thoroughly, so we were able to get into a new vehicle sooner than later. After we had our new vehicle, I stopped in to see Jeff and crew. After an hour of simply sitting and talking about life, Jeff took the time to make sure my wife and I were doing okay, were satisfied with our post-accident experience with State Farm, and even provided a little extra service, helping me access the now-gone truck to remove some things. If you are looking for a small-town agent who will take the time to get to know you and will take the time to answer your questions honestly, even if that is not what you want to hear, the staff at Farnsworth is the agent for you."
